Chancy obtained his diploma from The Polytechnic, Universityof Malawi, as well as a Certificate in Religious Studies from University ofDayton (Ohio, USA) through the diocese.
He joined lay Marianists in 1994 and consecrated in 1996. Hehas served in all offices as stipulated by our Founder Blessed Father WilliamJoseph Chaminade, that is in education, spirituality and tempolarities at ourcommunity, diocese and national level. He has also served as a secretary atnational level when he was in the youth community.
He is currently serving as a national head of temporalities,diocesan head of spirituals and education at his community. His hobbies arereading, swimming, and listening to music.
